In which the party concludes the adventure, burring the dead and dealing with the loose ends (oh, and getting paid).
The party brings the suspect (Masen, a day-laborer) back to the temple, and tie him between the whipping posts. Matakea Seenaë goes into the temple to get one of the other Maketa (Matakea Peser of Doslyl) to help with spy possible magical effects the suspect may have on him. Thanks to the help of Judicar Larissa of Kephar, we discover that he knows who murdered Andrain of Chahryn, he cause the sailors to commit mayhem, and was an unrepentant Morgathian. He is executed & sealed in a barrel. His belongings and that of the dead sailor from the Sheesha are burned.
The party speaks with the Menoran Sylgen Lyrsis, and Sir Kjari of Setara and Sir Tirn of Selvos give a short report before the party goes to see Seloran Barald Palgen. They decide that this part of the mystery is solved, but the man behind the plot is still at large. The party gives Andrin’s old rutter to the Guild of Arcane Lore, with the request that they then give it to the Pilot’s Guild once they have removed any guild secrets from it. The Plot’s Guild then sends the party 100d as bounty for the rutter, which is split between the party members.
The son of the innkeeper of the Safe Harbour Inn (Dralvin of Hilgenel) brings a pack belonging to s peddler named Tever of Sarien’s who has not been seen since the night of the murders. There seems to be nothing incriminating in the pack, and it is put in storage until such time as the man returns for it.
