The last day of the Selvos Tourney of 721 will live long in memory. Over the coming months, it will warm imaginations and pull at heart-strings as our hero’s successes will be recounted again and again through the long fall and into the winter nights.
On the third and fourth day of the fair, the plot comes boiling to a head. Strangers appear bearing promises and information that the party was otherwise lacking. The rabbit hole they fell intro grows and grows.
On the second and third day of the fair, much is learned and much more is questioned. When facts are revealed they lead to only more questions. The plot deepens and questions arise about allies and rulers.
The Selvos Summer Wool fare is the time when merchants and knights gather in Selvos for a seven-day festival from the 11th through the 17th of Larane. It is filled with contests, a tourney, and wool. The town overflows with guests, as do the castle, the inns, and any house with a spare bedroom or floor.
Minter’s populace is (almost) completely unaware that they are on the verge of an Inquisition. At the party’s word 12 knights would descend to question and rout out the insidious evil that may lurk in this town. With the god given right to kill, torture and destroy any one or anything that stood in their way, the party is being very cautious.
