Signs and portents
The Chandlers’ Guild holds a monopoly on the production and sale of candles, lamps, and anything else that produces light. Most Chandlers run a general store that sells a variety of wares produced by other guilds. Their shops are most prevalent in cities and port towns, as ships purchase the most lights while temples tend to make their own. A chandler’s lights are typically more expensive (by up to 30%) compared to buying from a local craftsman; but they are typically more consistent in quality.
