The party is lost in what seems to be another world. Here the sky and their skin is more green-tinged. The grasses are blue, and the animals are … different. Upon their arrival they were found by a winged humanoid with an eagle’s head. He brought a friend and transport. The transport was a large beast that was a cross between a mammoth and a muskox. They too were intelligent.
With their help, the party was brought to the traveler’s village. With very little investigation the party learned that the travelers seemed to all be from Harn, and most of them came from the village of Timoroal. Nina supposed the majority were the gifts to the dryad.
The villagers told the party that the dryad went to the tower to try and stop the stranger; but never returned. The masters of the land (the mammoth – muskox cross) took them near the tower, and the master of the sky (the winged humanoid) promised to watch for their signal when (if) they needed to return.
The land around the tower is odd, something between sand and grass. It is malleable, but the pebble sized bulb doesn’t seem to burst under their weight or additional pressure. Each bulb has a root. The further down they went, the harder it was to pull a pebble free. And as they dug, the light permeated each level, as if the bulbs passed on the light
from level to level.
The party intents to continue to find a way into the tower, perhaps the entrance to the top, or maybe dig down to find out where all the light the bulbs send goes? Tune in to find out!
